Started by two brothers-in-law with teaching backgrounds, Parable was built over family lunches, shared stories and a love for food and coffee. They are not chasing global domination. They just want to bring better coffee to places that are often overlooked. Schools, churches, libraries and small businesses are all in their sights. If there is a machine and someone keen to learn, Parable wants to be part of that conversation.
What started as a small garage setup has grown into one of Victoria’s most respected roasteries, known for their precision, passion, and relentless pursuit of quality.
This month, Parable takes over the bench at Goose, with their coffees running on espresso, batch brew, and cold brew—so you can experience their expert roasting in every sip.
