This month we're heading to Geelong to feature Constant Coffee, a roastery founded on something most coffee companies can't claim: a former paramedic looking for a little consistency in an otherwise unpredictable life.

Who They Are

Before Constant Coffee existed, founder Nick spent his days working in emergency medicine, where every shift brought new challenges and very few certainties. Coffee became the one ritual he could rely on. What began as a way to start the day soon turned into an obsession with roasting, experimenting and chasing the perfect cup.

A small roaster in the backyard quickly became something much bigger. Today, Constant Coffee is home to a passionate team of roasters, baristas and coffee professionals who have grown that same curiosity into one of Geelong's most respected specialty roasters.

As the business has grown from a backyard setup to supplying some of Geelong's busiest cafés and venues, that philosophy hasn't changed. Great coffee doesn't need to be complicated. It just needs to be consistently good.
