February marks a special milestone as we welcome ALT T Coffee as our first official Roaster of the Month on the bench at Goose. What started as a uni side project for founder Nathan Toleman has grown into a specialty roastery dedicated to sourcing 85+ scoring, traceable coffees while keeping a hands-on approach with cafés and customers alike.

You’ll be able to brew ALT T at home through your subscription or experience it fresh at Goose in St Kilda, where it will be featured on espresso, batch brew, and cold brew all month long.

As always, we’re proud to continue our Do Good, Brew Good mission. Over the past 10 months, we’ve raised $16,000 for various charities, and this commitment remains at the heart of what we do. With every cup you enjoy, a percentage of revenue is donated to meaningful causes—because great coffee should always do good.
