From Surf Trips to Sweet Sips
Blume’s story started on a beach in Sri Lanka, where Angus realised he did not need to wait for a dream job in coffee. He could build it himself. After years working across roasting, QC, education, and even green coffee warehousing, he came home ready to do things differently. Blume is about light, expressive coffees that focus on sweetness and balance while staying easy to brew. Whether it is a simple plunger at home or a dialled-in pour over, Blume is here to make every cup feel a little more special.
