Dark Roasted - The Stuff

This double Ethiopian blend is quite simply “The Stuff”. Sourcing from Sidamo and Yirgacheffe these usually fruity blends are roasted a bit longer than normal to give you the beautiful chocs and caramelised flavours you’ll be experiencing.

Espresso Blend - Mama’s Honey

A Community classic, this was the first roast we created and our in-house favourite. This 3-bean roast will highlight Dried Apricots and Honey

 

Filter - PNG (small farm allotment)

 

This washed PNG will deliver notes of almond, malt and walnut notes up front. A creamy body is paired with a balanced citric acidity. Notes of honey and soft spice in the finish.

 

Recipe: 21g dose to 42g yield extraction time between 28-32 seconds

Recipe: 20g dose to 4og yield extraction time between 28-32 seconds

Recipe: 15g dose to 250ml water (1:16 ratio) 50g bloom, until it bottoms out slowly pour another 2 bouts of 100g topping up each one when it’s close to bottoming out
